Where Social Technology Is Going

I’ve been swamped for the past two weeks. I apologize for the lack of updates but today I’ve resolved to at least get out some some shorter posts while I work on the analysis pieces that I prefer.

I just finished Groundswell Where Social Technology Is Going by Charlene Li and Joshh Bernoff. It is a fantastic book that I cannot recommend highly enough. It is particularly helpful to those who are trying to sell the value of social technology to reluctant decision makers within their own organizations.
